Steps to Creating an Exam

This section exaplains how to create an exam in Open edX.

1. Create a library with your question base.
2. Enable the exam library and timed exam in your course.
3. Include an exam section in your course with detailed instructions for your students.
4. Add a specfied number of random question to the exam block.
5. Set the exam date, timed duration, and grading
6. Controlling access to the exam
7. Provide support to your students and reset exam attempts as needed
